The SouthEast Philadelphia Youth Collaborative (SEPC) is joint partnership of youth-serving agencies in southeast Philadelphia. In FY 2009, Targeted Solutions assisted the organization with the development of a strategic marketing plan. Earlier this fiscal year, the organization approached Targeted Solutions for additional assistance with specific aspects of the plan that required particular expertise.
