Center for Families and Relationships (CFAR)

CFAR is a non-profit counseling center providing group and individual counseling and therapeutic services for low income individuals and families. CFAR is the newest Licensee PHMC’s behavioral health billing software, CRS Billing . CRS Billing enables organizations to automate its client service functions from intake through invoicing. Targeted Solutions provided CFAR staff with training on the new system and provides additional support as necessary.
 
Jewish Family and Children's Service of Greater Philadelphia (JCFS)
research & evaluation
With the assistance of Targeted Solutions, JCFS successfully secured funding from the Pew Fund for Health and Human Services to undertake a needs assessment of older adults in specific communities in the Delaware Valley.

Southeast Philadelphia Collaborative

The Southeast Philadelphia Collaborative (SEPC) is joint partnership of youth-serving agencies in southeast Philadelphia. In FY 2009, Targeted Solutions assisted the organization with the development of a strategic marketing plan. Earlier this year, the organization approached Targeted Solutions for additional assistance with specific aspects of the plan that required particular expertise.

Central Montgomery MH/MR

Central Montgomery Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center is the oldest, private, not-for-profit, multi-service community mental health center in Montgomery County, PA. In 2008 the leadership approached Targeted Solutions for assistance in developing a plan for sustained growth and program enhancement.
 
Youth Development Collaboratives

In 2009, Targeted Solutions worked with three local Youth Development Collaboratives -- Chester Youth Collaborative, Eastern North Philadelphia Youth Service Coalition, and Southeast Philadelphia Collaborative -- to help them develop a communications strategy for the Collaboratives as a whole and individually. This project was funded by the William Penn Foundation and supported by the Philadelphia Youth Network.
