Operation Understanding is a cross-cultural youth program designed to bridge historical rifts between the African-American and Jewish communities. Operation Understanding engaged Targeted Solutions to assist the organization with a plan for program expansion and enhancement.
Targeted Solutions surveyed current and former participants, conducted interviews with key informants, facilitated structured planning sessions, and subsequently made recommendations based on their findings.This project supported by the William Penn Foundation.
