Southeast Philadelphia Collaborative

The Southeast Philadelphia Collaborative (SEPC) is joint partnership of youth-serving agencies in southeast Philadelphia. In FY 2009, Targeted Solutions assisted the organization with the development of a strategic marketing plan. Earlier this year, the organization approached Targeted Solutions for additional assistance with specific aspects of the plan that required particular expertise. Targeted Solutions is currently assisting SEPC with the development of a new logo, a new website, and new promotional materials.  Last year, SEPC also worked with Targeted Solutions and two other regional youth collaboratives on the Youth Development Collaborative.
